Our weather is becoming boring. You know, the low 60’s to the low 80’s. Sunny with a few clouds. This is what Florida is for snowbirds. Beautiful!!
Every time we go off the dock and wander around the area, I have my handy-dandy smart phone so I can take a quick picture or two. Sometimes I see something new and just have to record it for all posterity. What would I find interesting? How about a normal bicycle rack? We see them at the front of buildings everywhere.
If there are more than one bicycle in the group does this make it a clutch of bikes? A school of bikes? A herd of bikes? Hmmmm However, occasionally I see a bicycle like no other. Here are my favorites:
And then you can’t walk by and not record… Rocket Bike. If you look closer on the handle bars is “Rocket Queen”. How fun!
Sometimes I am easily amused. To me there seems to be something wrong with this picture. Don’t tell me it is all about physics and torc. I get that. It is the size of the motor compared to the size of the propeller. The propeller is the size of a small kickball. The motor is larger than I can hug weighing at around a hundred pound. Must be a guy thing….
I know it has to be a guy thing. More power!! These 3 engines aren’t even on the Police boat. These engines are on a fast “go fishing” boat. Time is money and I guess the boat owner wants to get to that sweet spot before anyone else.
Of course, this fishing entrepreneur isn’t making any money at the dock. Maybe the fish aren’t biting today?!

I like the “flamingo” bike — now all you have to do is buy a bike and decorate it too! Maybe a “sea shell” bike or a mermaid bike (and you can dress up as a mermaid) or a cactus bike or, keeping in the season, a Christmas bike. So many opportunities for you!!!

Haha! I laughed out loud! I love the bikes. Since you are living in such terrible weather, maybe you can use all of that time inside creating your own bicycle. I can only imagine what THOSE decorations would be. How do YOU spell R rated? Ha! Keep writing, keep living the dream, and by all means keep taking pictures. Reality is so often more creative than fiction. 😊

Loving reading all about your adventures, but have to admit that you are a lot more stalwart than I would be. I guess that is why God gave us friends like you so that we can live vicariously through your adventures and not have to venture too far from our land-locked house!
